(On a side note, I wish all programs allowed users to customize the tray icon as easily as uTorrent does. Skype is the worst for this. ;_; )

Make your tray pretty
Simply download icon to <system drive>:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\uTorrent, and restart μTorrent
